Welcome to Residential Covenant Management (RCM). We are a specialist consulting business that undertakes house design and covenant review assessments on behalf of land developers. We were established in 2007, and have grown by word of mouth, undertaking many major land development projects around Australia.
At RCM we assess house designs for covenant and/or design guideline compliance. This includes continual liaison with the developer’s, builders and home owners until the home design is compliant. Assessments are normally turned around well within the time as set by the developer to ensure a prompt service to clients.
We can also undertake estate inspections to identify non-compliant properties, issuing of breach notification letters, and liaison with the home owners on non-compliance issues. This ensures that projects can be presented at their highest standard in order to reflect the developer’s vision for their estates and in the best light for future purchasers.
Our developer clients have found our consultancy service to be comprehensive and of the highest standard and with fees being very competitive.
